Dior Opens New Boutique at the Cidade Jardim Complex in São Paulo, Brazil

Dior is opening its newest boutique in São Paulo — the biggest in Brazil — at the Cidade Jardim complex on Thursday.

Brazil is strategically important to Dior. The company previously had a 5,380-square-foot store in Cidade Jardim which it opened in 2013, which has relocated to this new, larger location. In addition, Dior has a boutique in Shops Jardins, also in São Paulo.

The new Dior boutique has a white marble facade, which sets the tone, creating an interplay of textures, volumes and glints. Inside, the whiteness of the stone interacts with the contrasts and light. The finishes, paintings and wall hangings are reminiscent of the house’s emblematic codes, from the Versailles parquet floor — rendered in ceramic — to the graphics of cannage, the quintessential Dior signature.

Within the space, Jonathan Anderson‘s designs for the house are presented, ranging from ready-to-wear, handbags, shoes and accessories for women and men, as well as Maison and La Collection Privée. There is also a selection exclusive to appointments and personalized services. Anderson has been creative director of Dior since June 2025.

Conceived by Victoire de Castellane, the Roses des Vents and Dioramour jewelry collections are offered, as well as decorative objects for the home and fragrances from La Collection Privée.

Further, contemporary furniture sits alongside designer pieces. One piece, Miroir Nid, in patinated bronze by Hervé Van Der Straeten, magnifies the private lounge. Two paintings by Brazilian artist Manoela Medeiros and a carved wooden panel commissioned by Étienne Moyat punctuate the space.

Echoing the heritage of Dior, two photographs spotlight its history: one showing the founding couturier sketching a silhouette; the other celebrating the legendary Bar suit and emblem of the 1947 New Look revolution.

The company anticipates that bestsellers will be key products such as Dior Cigale, Toujours Hobo and Medallian handbags.

Brazil is the only market in South America with freestanding Dior boutiques.
